Superos, upravljanje alternativnih investicijskih skladov, d.o.o. (hereinafter: Superos or the Manager) is established in accordance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (ZUAIS, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 32/15), regulations issued pursuant to ZUAIS, and other relevant legislation. The term “investor” in this statement has the same meaning as defined in the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.superos.eu. Superos manages the alternative investment fund Superos Stability Fund (formerly and hereinafter: the Fund) and is registered in the register of alternative investment fund managers at the Securities Market Agency, Poljanski nasip 6, Ljubljana. The Fund is formed as separate assets in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 34. of ZUAIS.

The assets of the AIF are separate from the assets of the Manager managing the Fund and from other assets managed by the Manager. The Fund is not a legal entity. The Fund is not subject to state supervision and is not regulated by a state institution. Funds are subject to limited supervision by the ATVP (Securities Market Agency), which differs from the supervision of mutual and other regulated funds. The purpose of a fund unit is to reflect the value of an individual investment in the Fund in accordance with the Fund’s investment policy. Consequently, Superos does not guarantee or ensure that the value of a fund unit at a given moment equals the value of an investment in a financial instrument. For this reason, Superos warns that there is a probability that the value of a unit at a given moment may be considerably higher or lower than the value of the relevant financial instrument. The Manager manages the Fund actively, which means there is a high risk of loss in the value of fund units depending on the Manager’s management decisions.

Investment in the Fund is a high-risk investment and is intended only for those investors who possess sufficient financial resources, have experience trading in comparable or identical investments, investing in securities or other financial instruments, are prepared to assume all investment risks associated with investing in the Fund, and meet other conditions stipulated by relevant legislation in the Republic of Slovenia. With investments in the Fund, it is possible that the investor will not receive a full return of the invested amount. Past performance of fund unit values does not reflect future performance.
